I accidentally came across a discussion on a dark-web forum where several individuals were debating this matter and expressing their views about how powerful and influential people can sometimes manipulate systems for their own interests. According to the discussion, some participants claimed that if justice is not served, those responsible, as well as anyone allegedly protecting them, would eventually face consequences. Unfortunately, the forum was heavily protected, and I was unable to take screenshots, save content, or bookmark the discussion. Should I support such views? You already know my answer.
